COMPANY HISTORY

Our company has been founded in 2001 as a real estate developer and intermediate consultant in selling and buying properties in the major tourist areas of Gran Canaria. The top areas consists of the communities of Santa Bartolome de Tirajana, well know for the beaches and dunes of Maspalomas, and Mogán with her idyllic fisher villages Arguineguín, Puerto Rico and Puerto Mogán, both in the South-West of the Island. These communities welcome a yearly growing tourist flow from all over Europe and other parts of the world. Were it was merely one or two weeks holidays, many visitors started to appreciate the islands mild climate as an unique place to enjoy a larger getaway in the winter season. So apart from hotels, smaller holiday parques were created offering a more home like accommodation with one or more bedrooms. As many units were sold to private owners the real estate market developed in the same tempo. Since our start in 2001 we have created various holiday properties and sold numerous, giving a high rated experience in business on site.
